What Starkovia is
Starkovia is an interface to contracts on Starknet. The contracts hold the tokens and the money; this site only reads them and prepares the transactions your wallet signs. Nobody here holds your funds, can reverse a transaction, recover a wallet or return a payment. We owe you no fiduciary duty.
The contracts cannot be changed once deployed. Do not assume they have been audited. Using them is your own decision and at your own risk; the risks are listed separately.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and of legal age where you live. You may not use the site if you are in, or a resident of, the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions, or anywhere else under comprehensive United States, United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations sanctions; nor if you, or anyone you act for, is on a sanctions list. You may not use a VPN or other means to get around these limits. Whether the site is allowed where you are is for you to check.
Tokens
Anyone can create a token here. Its creator is its issuer, not Starkovia. The site does not review, approve or endorse any token, and a token appearing on it says nothing about its worth. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice.
Every trade pays the fees shown before you sign, part of which goes to the protocol. Holder rewards are a share of the fees trading happens to produce. They are not interest, not a yield and not a promise.
What you may not do
Break the law or sanctions with it; manipulate prices, trade with yourself to fake volume, or run a pump and dump; deceive buyers, for instance by copying a known name to pass a token off as someone else's; use several accounts to collect points or rewards meant for one; upload anything you have no right to, or anything illegal or hateful; or attack the site or the contracts.
Points
Points record what an account did here. They are not a token, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed, and promise nothing: no token, no airdrop and no reward of any kind. How they are counted can change, be recounted or end at any time. Points earned by breaking these terms, by trading with oneself or across several accounts, can be removed, and that decision is final. Only the figures on this site count. Points are not available where the site is not.
Other services
Signing in by email, Google or Apple gives you an account run by Cavos, under its own terms. Bridging from Solana is done by Layerswap, under its own terms. Tokens that finish their curve trade on Ekubo, and swaps can route through AVNU. Starkovia does not run these services and answers for none of them.
What you upload
Images, names and descriptions are uploaded by the people who create tokens, and they let Starkovia show them. Any of it can be hidden from the site, at our discretion. The token itself stays on chain, where the site has no say.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is and can be slow, wrong or unavailable. The contracts keep working without it. As far as the law allows, Starkovia is not liable for any loss from using the site, the contracts or any token, and its total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid the protocol in the twelve months before the claim and 100 US dollars. You will cover Starkovia for claims that arise from your breaking these terms or the law.
Taxes and changes
Taxes on what you do here are yours to work out and pay. These terms can change; when they change materially you will be asked to agree again before your next transaction. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
